If you are too busy and cannot spare time, make it 3 days per week. When you are in the gym, the actual workout time must be 20 to 30 minutes. Again you can stick to 20 minutes or 15 minutes if it’s getting hard to manage. So, you see it does not need too much time at all. I am sure anyone can easily spare 20 minutes 3 random days every week. That is not a big deal. You must have to develop interest. If you are not willing or you do not have any interest in losing weight or doing exercise, it will not going to help no matter how much time you spend in the gym. Your intention, interest and motivation are very important.
